Antiques & Collectables, need we say more? We love the feel, colors and workmanship of vintage items. There is no better way to bring appeal and enhancement to a room than with the addition of a treasured piece of history where each craftsman incorporated art, design and function into a particular piece. So, welcome to our store and enjoy the items within. If there is something in particular you are searching for do not hesitate to contact us as we have a network of resources developed over the years who can help us find virtually anything in the categories we offer.

Antiques are sold as is. All Vintage items will show some level of wear. If item is in mint condition, we will state it in the description. Otherwise we will disclose any defects, flaws, or imperfections, no matter how small or insignificant in the description to the best of our ability. Remember, “It’s not extinct until we say it is”^©

There is no guarantee an antique will still function as its intended use. Collectables on the other hand have a life span limited by the availability of their replacement parts. Each item in this category has been thoroughly inspected and the condition clearly stated. The price point will take condition and rarity into consideration. Dinosaurs & Roses, LLC makes no express or implied warranty respecting the information presented and assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions.

Every attempt is made to disclose defects. Detailed clear photos are part of description; no stock photos used on our website and we do own photography. We present the actual pictured item.

Payment

We're happy to take PayPal or Money Orders as payment.

For shoppers without a PayPal account, we want to let you know that you do not have to have a PayPal account to purchase an item through PayPal. You may use any debit or credit card with PayPal. Just click on the yellow PayPal button and when the next page comes up click on "Checkout as Guest". The next page will be "Billing Information". Fill in your information including the information and numbers from the debit or credit card that you do want to use and proceed. It is easy to do.

Shipping

International customers should contact us before purchasing and we can inform you of what the shipping charges will be. Any customs tariffs or taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Any single or combined purchase delivered to the Continental United States of America totaling over $150.00 (excluding taxes) will be shipped via USPS, 3-4 day delivery free of charge. Vintage antiques are shipped parcel post for least expensive shipping rate. All Vintage Books are shipped via USPS Media Mail.

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase (excluding holidays). Shipments within the United States will be sent via USPS unless other arrangements are made. All items shipped will include a tracking number. Many purchases are now being shipped with insurance. Should your purchase incur damage during shipping please save the box and packaging. If you have special requests concerning shipment of your purchase, please contact us at time of purchase and we will be glad to accommodate you.

Refunds and Exchanges

We try our best to accurately describe the items in our shop and show the items from every angle in high definition photos. If you have any questions concerning the item you are interested in please don't hesitate to contact us. We are more than willing to answer your questions or provide another photo view for you.

We are a small business and we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Therefore we do want buyers to be satisfied with their purchases and will offer a refund on the purchase price if an item is return shipped within 3 days of receipt and the item is received back in original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping will be the responsibility of the returner.

Please note silver oxidizes or shows tarnish when exposed to air. You may need to polish from time to time.

All electronic items have been professionally tested and are sold without warranty except if found to be “Dead on Arrival, DOA.”
