Returns Policy
We are a small business and we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. Therefore we do want buyers to be satisfied with their purchases and will offer a full refund on the purchase price if an item is return shipped within 3 days of receipt and the item is received back in original condition and a Return Material Authorization, RMA is obtained. See the “Contact Us” page for details. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping will be the responsibility of the returner. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All electronic items have been professionally tested and are sold “as is” without warranty or merchantability implied except if found to be “Dead on Arrival, DOA.”
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some items cannot be shipped to international destinations because of Intellectual Property rights. All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase (excluding holidays). Shipments within the United States will be sent via USPS or UPS unless other arrangements are made. All items shipped will include a tracking number. Many purchases, depending on value, are shipped insured. Should your purchase incur damage during shipping please provide us with detail imagery of the claimed damage and the exterior of the shipment packaging showing any physical damage where it may have come in contact with another object. Save the shipment box and any internal packaging. With the documentation you provide we will file a damage claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that time is of the essence in filing a claim. We cannot be held personally liable for any shipment damage caused by a third party carrier which is beyond our control.
If you have special requests concerning shipment of your purchase, please contact us at time of purchase and we will be glad to accommodate you. If you reside in Southern California (San Gabriel Valley or surrounding area) we can arrange for free local pick-up on prepaid heavy items through one of the two store fronts we are featured in. See “Contact Us” for further details.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Unlike other sites we DO NOT charge any handling fees for all small items. Furniture and large electronics will be handled on a case by case basis and will be reasonable.
