Sweet and coy, this is lovely figurine by Royal Doulton. Designed by Leslie Harradine, Pantalettes HN 1362 was issued in 1929 and retired in 1942. REDUCED PRICE 

It is marked on the base, "Made in England Royal Doulton England Bone China".   The stamp is flanked by the painted number "20" to the right, and below the stamp is written  "'Pantalettes". 

The figurine stands 7 3/4 inches high.  Under magnification this charming lady shows some signs of wear on the underside of her bonnet (see detail photo).  The rest of the figure is in great shape.
