A B&L Model 61-41-33-56, that was manufactured in Rochester, N.Y. in 1956. The telescope in it’s original “sage green crinkled” enamel finish, is in very good condition and comes with the original box. The scope comes with both front and rear lens caps and 30x - 60X lens pieces. Also included is the original Freeland “saddle mount” tripod accessory. Scope Box measures 3.5"x4.5"x17.5".

This model telescope was the one most frequently selected as a spotting scope for both handgun and rifle enthusiasts. The optics are crystal clear, and I can easily see 22 caliber holes in black targets at 150 yds. For this purpose, as well as general observation the 30X eyepiece is usually used. The main objective is 60 mm diameter and has a sliding integral sun shade. The main body is dye cast aluminum. Length of the spotting scope with protective caps is 16 7/16” and weight is 48 ounces.
